An unforgettable 8-day journey through Sri Lanka, starting from Colombo and ending with the beautiful beaches of Unawatuna and the historic city of Galle. Begin with a visit to the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, then explore the ancient rock fortress of Sigiriya. Discover the cultural heart of Kandy before heading to the cool hills of Nuwara Eliya, known for its tea plantations. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Ella, including the iconic Nine Arches Bridge. Experience wildlife adventures in Udawalawa and Yala National Parks, where you might spot elephants and leopards. Colombo to Coast Adventure Itinerary:
Day 1: Colombo to Pinnawala and Dambulla
  • 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM : Depart from Colombo and travel to Pinnawala.
  • 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM : Breakfast at Pinnawala
  • 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM : Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage experience elephant and ride on elephant or touch elephants
  • 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM : Travel to Dambulla.
  • 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM : Lunch in Dambulla.
  • 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM : Visit Dambulla Cave Temple.
  • 1:30 PM –2:00 PM : Travel to Sigiriya.
  • 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM : Safari on a bullock cart.

Safari takes you on a journey through a village in Sigiriya. The adventure begins with a ride on a bullock cart,followed by a trip in a tractor. The tractor will take you to a lake, where you'll continue the journey by rowingboat. After the boat ride, you'll visit a village house where you can enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan lunch andwatch the locals as they prepare it. If you wish, you can even take part in the cooking process.

Day 2: Sigiriya to Kandy
  • 7:00 AM – 09:00 AM : Visit Sigiriya Lion Rock.
  • 09:00 AM – 12:45 PM : Travelling from Sigiriya to Kandy. Visit the Spice Garden in Matale and Continue to Kandy.
  • 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM : Lunch in Kandy.
  • 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM : Visit the Temple of the Tooth.
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM : Explore the Royal Botanical Gardens.
  • 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM : Participate cultural dance in the evening

Day 3: Nuwara Eliya
  • 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM : Travelling from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya.

Travel around Nuwara Eliya

  • Boating and Swan Pedal Boats : Enjoy the serene waters of Gregory Lake.
  • Lakeside Picnics : Relax by the lake with a picnic and take in the beautiful surroundings.
  • Horseback Riding : Experience a leisurely ride around the lake on horseback.
  • Tea Tasting : Visit one of the many tea plantations and learn about the tea-making process, followed by a tea-tasting session.
  • Factory Tour : Explore the machinery and methods used to produce world-renowned Ceylon tea.

Day 4: Ella
  • Visit Lover's Leap Waterfall

    Reaching Lover's Leap requires a short hike through tea plantations and scenic trails. The hike is moderate, takingabout 30 minutes from the main road, and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

    The train journey from Nuwara Eliya to Ella is often described as one of the most scenic train rides in the world. Ittakes you through the heart of Sri Lanka's tea country, with breathtaking views of misty mountains, lush greenvalleys, waterfalls, and quaint villages.

Day 6: Udawalawa to Yala
