We had a great Saturday with Nilantha. He picked us up quite early (6:30). After stop for breakfast and coffee we arrived to Madu river. The best part was the fish therapy "in the river" - or nets in the river. Since we were interested in turtles we asked Nilantha to find a place - which he did. Interesting to hear about the how sea turtles are rescued. After lunch we went to the beach and it felt very nice to be able to have a swim. In the afternoon we walked around in Galle fort. During all of the day Nilantha was very positive and always made sure that we were doing what we wanted. He is also a good driver and a good guide. Thank you so much.

I messaged asking for a customisable tour. I wasn't exactly sure where to go, but Nilantha and Rasal had good ideas for places that caught my interest. I spent the entire day with Rasal as he toured me around Colombo and showed me areas tourists don't usually see.
During the organisation, Nilantha was extremely responsive and it was so easy to organise a tour for me. In the end he couldn't come, but promptly found a replacement tour guide in Rasal. While on the tour, Rasal went above and beyond to make this experience unique and informative.
After the tour was over, Nilantha very kindly invited me to his neighbourhood where I met his family and neighbours. I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and captivating experience. If you're looking for a tour guide around Colombo, you must contact Nilantha or his affiliates. They do a tremendous job and they are very hospitable at the same time.

We absolutely loved our tour. Our guide Nilantha was amazing. He organized a tour to include all of the amazing things in Sri Lanka that we wanted to see. Including a train ride and overnight stay in Candy. I highly recommend him. He knows the area and has wonderful connections. We spent the night in a home owned by a local that was beautiful. They cook breakfast for us that was amazing and we were able to get a glimpse of the culture here. And the sights were wonderful. I cannot put into words how amazing this tour was. Don’t think about it, book! He will certainly put together an amazing trip. Unfortunately, I have already downloaded photos from my phone to free up space. But feel free to ask about our tour.

My family and I (my wife, two kids, and I) recently returned from a 16-day tour of Sri Lanka organized by Golankan Travel Agency, and I’m compelled to share how utterly perfect, every moment was. From lush tea plantations and ancient temples to pristine beaches and wildlife safaris, Sri Lanka’s beauty left us awestruck far beyond anything we’d imagined! A huge part of this magic was thanks to our exceptional guide, Chandana. He didn’t just show us the highlights; he revealed the hidden gems secret waterfalls, local eateries, and cultural treasures we’d have never found on our own. His knowledge, patience (especially with our kids!), and warm hospitality made every day an adventure. The *Golankan team* orchestrated our itinerary flawlessly. Every transfer, hotel, and activity was tailored to our family’s pace and interests, making the trip seamless and stress-free. We felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. To Go Lankan and Chandana: A standing ovation from the Edwin family! Thank you for crafting memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re planning a trip to Sri Lanka, choose Go Lankan , they deliver the best experience, Warmest thanks, Edwin & Family

We spent 12 unforgettable days in Sri Lanka, and the entire tour was wonderfully organized by the GoLankan.com team. I must say, their staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had to change our plans several times, but they were always polite, flexible, and helpful with all my alterations. We were a group of four family members, and we truly enjoyed the beautiful greenery, the fascinating rural culture, and the delicious Sri Lankan food – full of local spices, even though it was a bit hot ???. We’re taking back lovely memories that we’ll never forget. Thank you so much to the entire GoLankan.com team !

My husband and I were on a cruise that stopped in Columbo and Hambantoto Sri Lanka. I came across Nilantha's name on the internet and that was my lucky day. We went back and forth through email and I gave him an idea of what we wanted to do but had no idea if my grand plans would really work out. Well they did! Nilantha had arranged what I wanted and more. He took us to off the beaten path places and shared with us so much about his country and his culture. We shared meals, we saw wildlife, beautiful beaches and so much more. He arranged everything and we just got to explore and enjoy. We got to Sri Lanka as strangers but becuase of Nilantha we left as friends. A trip back to explore more of Sri Lanka is definitely on our travel list and Nilantha will be our guide. If you are looking for someone who makes you feel at home, look no further, Nilantha is definitely your guide!

We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had during our trip. The entire planning was organized by Nilantha, and it was handled with great care, precision and attention to detail. Everything was perfectly coordinated, always on time, and thoughtfully adapted to our needs as a family. We truly felt supported and looked after throughout the whole journey. A very special mention goes to our driver, Rasal. He is a person of extraordinary professionalism and, above all, great humanity. From the very first day, he made us feel safe, respected and comfortable. His dignity, kindness and constant availability impressed us deeply. He was always attentive, patient and especially caring toward our daughters, which meant more to us than words can express. Rasal was not just our driver — he became an important part of our journey. Thanks to him, every transfer felt calm, smooth and reassuring. We will truly carry him in our hearts. This trip has been unforgettable thanks to the people behind it. We are extremely satisfied and grateful, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Nilantha as a planner and Rasal as a driver to anyone considering a trip to Sri Lanka. We will gladly speak highly of them and recommend them to friends and families without hesitation. Thank you again for everything.
